Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a detail‑oriented finance professional to manage site and investigator payments, grants payable accounting, and month‑end close for a global clinical research organization. You will prepare regulatory reports, maintain vendor records, resolve payment inquiries, and support audits.

The role requires strong Excel and ERP skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with vendors and banking partners.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field or equivalent qualification.
• At least three years of professional experience in financial operations, accounting, accounts payable, or related function.
• Practical knowledge of invoice processing, payment operations, reconciliations, and financial recordkeeping.
• Ability to establish and maintain productive vendor relationships and resolve invoice inquiries.
• Strong working knowledge of financial software and ERP systems; MS Office proficiency especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process site and investigator payments within established timelines.
• Manage grants payable accounting, including reconciliations.
• Prepare financial and regulatory reports, including Sunshine Act reporting.
• Support month-end closing and respond to audit-related inquiries.
• Maintain vendor records and master data for accurate payments.
• Resolve payment inquiries by coordinating with banks and internal teams.
• Build and maintain professional vendor relationships and manage complex cases.
• Maintain internal controls and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Support audits and provide timely documentation.
• Assist with team development and share knowledge of processes and systems.
• Contribute to team objectives and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
