TGI seeks an experienced Research Manager to lead policy research initiatives across tech accountability, internet governance, surveillance, privacy, and AI. This remote, full-time role requires strong project management and the ability to mentor a diverse team across regions.

You will shape the research agenda, coordinate multi-country projects, monitor developments in Southeast Asia, and translate findings into policy impact and advocacy materials for global audiences.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in human rights, platform/tech accountability, internet governance or AI policy.
• 1+ year in leadership or project management.
• Understanding Southeast Asia contexts and policy dynamics.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and oversight of research initiatives across tech policy domains.
• Produce policy briefs, reports, and advocacy materials.
• Mentor team members and manage multiple projects and budgets.
