Qualifications

• 10+ years of supplier-side custom market research experience, including leading ad hoc and tracking studies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end quantitative research engagements from proposal to presentation of findings.
• Manage multiple complex projects balancing quality, timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
• Serve as senior day-to-day contact and strategic advisor for client programs.
• Translate business challenges into research objectives, insights, and recommendations.
• Build and grow client relationships through exceptional delivery and consultative partnership.
• Support business development with proposal writing, study design, pricing, and solutions.
• Develop insight-driven reports and presentations translating complex findings into business narratives.
