Job summary

Prolific is seeking a Research Consultant to join our Managed Services team. You’ll design and oversee complex studies, apply quantitative methods, and translate data into actionable insights for academic and industry clients.

This hands-on, client-facing role requires strong presentation skills, multi-project management, and expertise with Qualtrics, R, Python, and SPSS. Remote work from the US is supported, with opportunities to shape scalable research processes.

Qualifications

• Strong experience designing and delivering complex research projects across academia and industry.
• Proven ability to advise customers on study design and sampling strategies.
• Excellent quantitative and statistical analysis skills with actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted research advisor; understand objectives and recommend study designs.
• Manage research engagements end-to-end from scoping to data collection and reporting.
• Lead customer conversations; translate findings into clear recommendations.
• Design and build studies using Qualtrics and Prolific; ensure data quality.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Supply teams to improve processes.
