Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree conferred by start date or equivalent.
• Experience in higher education and research administration preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and process student award recommendations.
• Triage and respond to SRSS inbox and requests.
• Maintain shared tracking databases and Airtable records.
• Assist with personnel-related research activities and grant management.
• Assist with new award intake and award setup activities.
• Review and process sub-recipient invoices and post-award transactions.
• Assist with expense report review and follow-up.
• Serve as a liaison between SEAS faculty, staff and central offices.
