Job summary

Allstate seeks a Represented/Litigation Bodily Injury Adjuster to investigate automobile casualty claims, assess coverage and damages, and negotiate fair settlements. This role supports remote work from home while handling Texas-based cases with clear, professional communication.

You will collaborate with customers and attorneys, use tools like NextGen and Mitchell Decision Point, and contribute to Allstate’s Total Rewards package, including training and benefits from Day 1, with opportunities

Qualifications

• Experience handling represented Bodily Injury claims.
• Experience managing litigated Bodily Injury claims.
• Experience handling claims in Texas.
• Extensive knowledge of Gross Tort Value and Risk Analysis is a plus.
• Experience using NextGen, Mitchell Decision Point, and Casualty Center is a plus.
• Proficient communication skills, especially over the phone, to establish rapport and assess claims accurately.

Responsibilities

• The Customer Service Expert: provide compassionate, clear, and professional support to claimants and attorneys.
• The Investigator: independently investigate casualty claims by reviewing damages and interpreting policies to determine coverage.
• The Effective Communicator: communicate via phone, email, and text to guide claimants through a fast, fair process and updates.
• The Negotiator: evaluate and settle claims with customers, vendors, third parties, and claimants following legal and business standards.
• The Problem Solver: utilize tools and platforms to assess claims quickly with strong critical thinking.
