Job summary

Allstate seeks an experienced Represented/Litigation Bodily Injury Adjuster to join our claims team. You will investigate automobile collision claims, assess coverage and damages, and negotiate settlements while maintaining excellent customer service.

This remote role involves handling Texas-based cases with flexible scheduling and ongoing training. You will work with advanced tools and platforms to evaluate claims, communicate via phone, email, and text, and ensure timely documentation in the

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience handling represented third-party Bodily Injury claims.
• Experience managing litigated Bodily Injury claims.
• Experience handling claims in Texas.
• Extensive knowledge of Gross Tort Value and Risk Analysis, a plus
• Experience using NextGen, Mitchell Decision Point, and Casualty Center, a plus
• Proficient communication skills, especially over the phone, to establish rapport and assess claims accurately.
• Ability to work independently and remotely, while managing time efficiently.
• Familiarity with insurance policies, coverage, and liability determination.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to evaluate and negotiate injury claims successfully.
• Knowledge of innovative tools and platforms for effective claims evaluation.

Responsibilities

• The Investigator – independently investigate casualty claims by reviewing damage and interpreting policies.
• The Effective Communicator – use calls, emails, and video chats to guide claimants through a fast, fair process.
• The Negotiator – evaluate and negotiate settlements with customers, vendors, carriers, and claimants.
• The Problem Solver – use multiple tools and settlement platforms in a fast-paced environment.
• The Recorder – document work accurately in the claims system and adhere to policy agreements.
