Job summary

Allstate is seeking a Complex/Severe Represented Litigation Adjuster for Florida, fully remote. The role focuses on investigating auto accident Bodily Injury claims with litigation involvement, while maintaining service excellence and detailed documentation.

You will assess coverage, liability, and damages, negotiate settlements, and keep all stakeholders informed through multiple channels. A home office setup is required, with standard CST business hours and licensing considerations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Florida Represented 3rd party Bodily Injury claim handling experience.
• Experience managing severe, complex, and litigated Bodily Injury claims.
• Knowledge of Florida tort reform.
• Florida 6-20 All Lines Adjuster License (Property & Casualty)

Responsibilities

• Represented/Litigation Bodily Injury adjuster responsibilities across investigation, negotiation, and settlement.
• Independently investigate casualty claims by reviewing damage and policy language.
• Communicate with customers, attorneys, and vendors via phone, email, and text.
• Evaluate and negotiate settlements within legal and industry standards.
• Maintain thorough documentation in claims systems.
• Protect company interests through accurate policy application and timely recording.
