Job summary

Allstate seeks an experienced Represented/Litigation Bodily Injury Adjuster to join a remote team handling Texas-based claims. You will investigate auto accidents, assess coverage and liability, and negotiate settlements with customers, attorneys, and third parties.

Expect collaboration via calls, email, and text while maintaining meticulous claims documentation. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in represented/litigation BI, Texas exposure, and familiarity with NextGen, Mitchell Decision Point, or

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience handling represented third-party Bodily Injury claims.
• Experience managing litigated Bodily Injury claims.
• Experience handling claims in Texas.
• Extensive knowledge of Gross Tort Value and Risk Analysis, a plus.
• Experience using NextGen, Mitchell Decision Point, and Casualty Center, a plus.
• Proficient communication skills, especially over the phone, to establish rapport and assess claims accurately.

Responsibilities

• Investigate automobile accident claims with property damage and bodily injury.
• Communicate with customers and attorneys through calls, email, and text.
• Assess coverage, liability, and damages to reach fair settlements.
• Negotiate settlements with parties in accordance with legal and company standards.
• Document work clearly in the claims system and maintain records.
