Allstate is seeking a Represented/Litigation Bodily Injury Adjuster for a permanent remote home-based role across the United States. You will investigate automobile accidents, assess coverage and damages, and negotiate fair settlements while keeping clients informed through calls, email, and text.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Florida Represented 3rd party Bodily Injury claim handling experience.
• Experience managing severe, complex, and litigated Bodily Injury claims.
• Knowledge of Florida tort reform.
• Florida 6-20 All Lines Adjuster License (Property & Casualty).
• Familiarity with insurance policies, coverage, and liability determination.

Responsibilities

• You will investigate casualty claims and determine coverage.
• You will negotiate settlements with customers, vendors, third party carriers and claimants.
• You will provide exceptional customer service through calls, email, and text.
• You will document work in claims systems with timely, accurate records.
