Job summary

CRISP Shared Services, Inc. is seeking a Reporting and Analytics Engagement Manager to drive user engagement and adoption of CRS Reporting and related reports.

You will develop and implement engagement strategies, work with users and stakeholders to improve the reporting experience, and serve as a subject matter expert on CRS reports and data. The role requires 2–4 years of project management and user engagement experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Jira, and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of project management and user engagement experience.
• Healthcare/public health data familiarity preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a user engagement strategy for CRS Reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align reporting with CRISP priorities.
• Serve as subject matter expert on CRS reports and workflows.
• Coordinate user training and collect feedback for improvements.
• Build relationships with health systems and health departments.
