Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
2+ years of experience in business management, analytics, or a similar role.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (Pivot Tables, complex formulas, executive-ready slides).
Experience building reporting automation and analytics using Python and/or VBA.
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication for senior audiences.
High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain automated reporting solutions for CRM leadership and client teams.
Build analytics dashboards and KPI frameworks with clear definitions and governance.
Develop repeatable data pipelines using Python and/or VBA with documentation.
Identify data quality gaps and improve source-of-truth alignment.
Produce data-driven PowerPoint materials for senior updates and reviews.
Create visualizations and executive narratives linking results to actions.
Manage timelines and ensure accuracy, design excellence, and message discipline.
Project manage workstreams, maintaining plans, RAID logs, and status updates.
Coordinate with CRM leadership, product, operations, and tech to define future workflows.
