JPMorgan Chase Workplace Solutions (JPMWS) seeks a CRM Analytics Lead to drive reporting automation, data analytics, and executive-ready presentations for the CRM team. You will partner with CRM leadership to bring structure, governance, and data-driven insights across client satisfaction, revenue, growth, and pipeline activity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; 2+ years in business management, analytics, transformation, project management, or related role in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint with Pivot Tables, complex formulas, and executive-ready slide design.
• Experience building reporting automation and repeatable analytics using Python and/or VBA (data prep, reconciliations, KPI packs, dashboards).
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills with ability to drive execution across multiple partners and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated reporting solutions for CRM leadership and client teams, improving speed, accuracy, and consistency of recurring deliverables (weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews).
• Build analytics dashboards and KPI frameworks with clear definitions and governance.
• Develop repeatable data pipelines and analysis workflows using Python and/or VBA with solid documentation and controls.
• Produce high-quality, data-driven PowerPoint materials for senior leadership updates and client strategy discussions.
