Job summary

Ingram Micro, Inc. is seeking a Reporting & Analytics Professional in Irvine, CA, with the option to work a few days remotely each week. You will design and maintain dashboards and analytics solutions to enable strategic business decisions and KPI monitoring.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a data-focused field.
  • 3+ years in data analytics, BI, or related role.
  • Ability to derive insights from data and influence decisions.
  • Strong SQL skills (SQL Server, BigQuery, or similar).
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
  • Experience with BI tools like Power BI/Tableau/Looker.

Job description

This position is based in our Irvine, California corporate headquarters with the opportunity to work a few days remotely per week.

Your Role

As a Reporting & Analytics Professional, you will design, develop, and maintain reporting solutions that enable the business to achieve its strategic objectives. You will partner closely with Go-to-Market (GTM), Platform Business, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver actionable insights, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify opportunities to improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reporting solutions that provide visibility into business performance and key metrics.
  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into meaningful analytics solutions.
  • Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations in a clear, concise manner tailored to business audiences.
  • Leverage multiple data sources across the organization and demonstrate a strong understanding of how to access, query, and validate data.
  • Apply statistical concepts, forecasting methodologies, and business performance metrics to support strategic planning and operational improvements.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency through validation and quality assurance processes.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor on reporting and analytics needs.
What You Bring to the Role
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a related analytical role.
  • Proven ability to solve complex business problems using data-driven insights and sound judgment.
  • Strong experience querying and analyzing large datasets using SQL (SQL Server, GCP/BigQuery, or similar platforms).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
