Job summary

Spire Systems Inc. seeks an Oracle Reporting Lead to drive the reporting strategy for Oracle Cloud ERP and related modules. You will develop OTBI, BI Publisher, and FRS reports, and collaborate with business users to translate requirements into actionable insights.

The role requires strong analytical skills, data integrity focus, and experience leading ERP reporting projects in a dynamic environment. Remote work is supported for this long-term contract position.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of business process analysis with experience in process improvement, requirements gathering, and translating needs into reporting and technical solutions.
• Demonstrated project leadership and coordination skills across cross-functional teams and cross-system dependencies.
• 4+ years as a techno-functional analyst or reporting lead with strong understanding of relational databases, SQL, ERP data structures, and SDLC.
• Experience developing and supporting ERP reporting using OTBI, BI Publisher, Cognos, Tableau, or Power BI.
• 2+ years in ERP HCM, Finance, or SCM implementations as senior member, team lead, or PM on a full-cycle project.
• Experience with ERP reporting validation, test planning, and functional configuration across multiple ERP modules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for interpreting data and resolving reporting issues.
• Experience in data analysis, dashboard design, and leveraging reporting for decision-making.
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently in a fast-paced ERP environment.
• Knowledge of data privacy, role-based access, and security practices in ERP reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the reporting strategy for Oracle Cloud ERP and related modules (Finance, SCM, HCM, etc.).
• Develop and maintain OTBI, BI Publisher, and FRS reports.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and deliver insights.
• Ensure data integrity, performance, and compliance of all reports.
• Provide training and support to end-users on reporting tools.
• Work with our Oracle Cloud Implementation partner.
