Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a CRM Analytics Lead within the Workplace Solutions Client Relationship Management team to drive business performance through reporting automation, data analytics, and executive-ready presentations.

You will partner with CRM leadership to bring structure, governance, and a data-driven mindset to initiatives focused on client satisfaction, revenue growth, pipeline activity, and operational performance, while building scalable tools and insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years in business analytics, management, or transformation in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint with Pivot Tables and complex formulas.
• Experience building reporting automation using Python and/or VBA.
• Strong project management & stakeholder management to drive execution.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated reporting solutions for CRM leadership and client teams.
• Build analytics dashboards and KPI frameworks with clear definitions and governance.
• Develop data pipelines and analyses using Python and/or VBA with documentation and controls.
• Translate insights into executive-ready PowerPoint narratives for senior leadership.
