Qualifications

• 5+ years in a matrixed organization with cross-functional teams.
• 5+ years in a product/capability role focused on data, analytics or reporting.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Proven requirements gathering and translating business questions into reporting specs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficient SQL with large datasets and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the Reporting & Analytics strategy and value delivery.
• Maintain a prioritized analytics roadmap aligned to business objectives.
• Specify features with a dedicated Reporting Development team.
• Monitor reports, dashboards, self-service tools for accuracy and usability.
• Ensure data quality, timeliness, and standard definitions; promote automation.
• Collaborate with Capability Manager peers, developers, and account teams.
• Ensure regulatory, privacy, and security compliance; manage risk.
• Identify AI/ML and automation opportunities to improve analytics capabilities.
• Lead change management for new data insight approaches and adoption.
