Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or 5+ years of healthcare engineering experience.
• 5+ years of experience with SQL and RDBMS systems.
• 5+ years with Campaign Management platforms (Alteryx preferred, Adobe Campaign, Unica, Alterian, Eloqua).
• 3+ years with Alteryx ETL Designer.
• 3+ years with workflow design and development.
• 5+ years in data quality review (QA/UAT).
• 4+ years in automation and optimization of workflows.
• 4+ years with Snowflake / Cortex, Databricks.
• 5+ years with requirements gathering and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex workflows using Alteryx.
• Collaborate to design cross-channel communications with Alteryx and Snowflake.
• Lead projects; translate business solutions into system architecture.
• Design strategies and technology solutions to meet business needs.
• Create and translate complex SQL queries for ad-hoc requests.
• Identify data solutions to support campaigns using Snowflake and data warehouses.
• Lead Medicaid - Medication Adherence program development and QA.
• Develop and manage reporting solutions for CNS workflows and change management.
• Liaise with UHG IT to move programs to production via agile SDLC.
• Provide data requests support and troubleshoot issues for partners.
• Maintain workflow automation environment and best practices.
• Develop data prep and audit routines for performance and accuracy.
• Participate in QA, testing, and documentation.
• Mentor staff on Snowflake/Alteryx techniques; drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with CNS analytics leads on data modeling and reporting.
• Maintain CNS data warehouses/marts and perform ad-hoc data mining.
