Advocate Health is seeking a People Relations & Enablement Analytics & Reporting Manager to transform complex workforce data into strategic insights for executives. You will define metrics, build dashboards, and guide leaders across the enterprise on informed decision-making and risk mitigation.

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in Workforce Analytics, HR business partnerships, and experience delivering governance-aligned, real-time reporting that strengthens organizational health

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership in People Relations or Workforce Analytics.
• Experience developing workforce analytics, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Ability to translate analytics into clear business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute analytics strategy for the People Relations & Enablement function.
• Define, measure, and monitor enterprise metrics for decision-making and risk mitigation.
• Design and deliver executive dashboards, scorecards, and reports with actionable insights.
• Analyze people data to identify trends, hotspots, and systemic risks.
• Translate complex data into narratives and recommendations for senior leaders.
• Partner with Technology, Workforce Analytics, Compliance, and Legal on governance and data integrity.
