Job summary

Index Analytics, LLC, a Baltimore-based health consulting partner to the federal government, seeks an Experienced Data Analyst to support data analysis, reporting, and analytics solution delivery in a federal healthcare environment.

You will work with stakeholders to identify requirements, collect and interpret data from multiple sources, and deliver ad hoc reports, dashboards, and actionable insights to drive decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant data analytics experience.
• Experience collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from multiple sources.
• Proficient with SQL, Excel, Python, and BI/reporting tools.
• Experience with Agile delivery and stakeholder collaboration.
• Ability to present findings to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Identify analytical requirements and translate needs into data analysis outputs.
• Collect, validate, and analyze data from client databases, web sources, and reporting platforms.
• Develop ad hoc reports, dashboards, and findings to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with Agile teams to document requirements and track tasks.
• Research best practices and contribute to process improvements.
