Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc. is seeking a Rental Fleet Coordinator to support the CE Inventory Manager and collaborate with Rental and Sales teams. You will coordinate fleet loading, pricing, and RPO conversions while ensuring accuracy and exceptional customer experience.

The role emphasizes data management, Excel proficiency, and clear communication, with opportunities across 29 locations and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and/or five years of industry related experience.
Strong computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office 365 with emphasis on Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Superior data management and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate fleet loading and disposal of Rental Fleet Assets to align with demand.
Serve as the primary contact for fleet loading activities with internal teams and partners.
Administer equipment write-offs with proper documentation and approvals.
Assist with physical inventory counts, audits, and reconciliation.
Manage rental fleet sale pricing to stay competitive and aligned with targets.
Oversee rental fleet sales and RPO conversions to ensure smooth transitions.
