Job summary

Pitney Bowes is seeking a Renewal Account Executive for its Digital Shipping Solutions team. You will drive client retention and contribute to ARR goals in a remote Inside Sales role within the United States. The non-negotiable compensation is $21.88 per hour, with OTE about $75,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Direct experience interacting with clients in sales.
• Comfortable initiating 40-60 outbound sales calls.
• Knowledge of Shipping or Mailing domain.
• Strong experience selling SaaS solutions in ecommerce, warehouse shipping, mailing, or office shipping.
• Proficient with Salesforce CRM.
• Demonstrated success in client retention.
• Proven ability to close business over the phone or virtually.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, upgrade, and grow a portfolio of small to mid-sized accounts with proactive outbound calling (40-60/day).
• Generate quotes, close activities, and process orders to retain core revenue.
• Present and close renewal opportunities virtually or by phone with existing clients.
• Navigate renewal requirements and regulations.
• Plan and document sales activities, maintain records, execute campaigns, build pipeline, and forecast using Salesforce.
• Address client objections by communicating program benefits and Pitney Bowes value proposition.
