DEXIS, a part of Envista, is hiring an Account Manager to own and grow a remote book of business with dental imaging and related products. You will manage renewals, enrollments and identify opportunities while coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer success.

The role requires building trusted relationships, handling inquiries by phone, and driving cross-functional collaboration across departments to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, account management or customer-facing roles with outbound communication.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by phone.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills and independent research of inquiries.

Responsabilités

• Manage and grow an assigned book of business through customer engagement and renewals.
• Build long-term relationships with customers through regular outbound communication.
• Sell products and services over the phone from marketing leads.
• Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts and coordinate with field sales as needed.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and connect them with the right product or support resources.
• Research customer data to resolve discrepancies and determine next steps.
• Respond to escalations and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
• Partner with field sales, dealers, and support teams to deliver a coordinated experience.
• Maintain accurate account and sales data in CRM/ERP systems.
