Cypress Creek Renewables is seeking a Project Manager to oversee a rolling portfolio of solar construction projects. The role collaborates with Business Development, Pre-Construction and Asset Management to ensure safe, on-budget, on-schedule execution from late development through final construction.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in renewables or industrial construction, strong contract management skills, and proficiency with Procore, SiteTracker and NetSuite.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or related field.
• Project Management Professional certification a plus.
• 2-3 years in renewable energy sector or industrial construction or capital project management.
• Advanced knowledge of construction management and contracting, procurement and logistics.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Procore, SiteTracker, NetSuite and related software.

Responsabilidades

• Support Pre-Construction EPC RFP process through contract execution.
• Oversee turnover from Pre-Construction to Project Execution and to Asset Management/O&M.
• Develop and implement project execution plans communicated to stakeholders.
• Guide engineering designs to achieve optimal solutions.
• Ensure staffing, training, and adherence to toolbox policies and project documentation.
• Provide leadership during construction to meet safety, quality, cost, and schedule targets.
• Manage construction contracts and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Foster ownership and accountability across teams.
• Manage budgets, costs, forecasts and resource utilization.
• Plan and hire field staff for timely project execution.
• Build relationships with internal teams, contractors and landowners.
• Mentor Construction Site Managers and supervise staff.
