Job summary

Cb is seeking a highly motivated Construction Manager to join our renewable energy Asset team in Houston, TX. This full-time, in-office role oversees the execution of renewable energy projects from site mobilization to final commissioning, ensuring construction tasks are completed safely, on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience along with strong communication and leadership skills. A bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is required, and knowledge of solar/wind construction practices is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale renewable energy projects.
• Strong knowledge of solar/wind/BESS construction practices and permitting.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site construction activities including civil, electrical, and mechanical work.
• Coordinate contractors and vendors for smooth execution.
• Monitor progress against schedule and budget, implementing corrective actions as needed.
