Job summary

EDF power solutions is seeking a Business Development Manager (Asset Optimization) to drive growth in AO service agreements across North America. You will manage strategic accounts, source new opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver durable contract performance.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in renewable energy BD, strong negotiation skills, and a track record of closing deals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business development experience in renewable energy or O&M services.
• Proven track record in closing contracts and managing long sales cycles.
• Professional fluency in English; French/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Target, establish, and nurture relationships with key market players to drive service contract growth.
• Lead end-to-end RFPs, proposals, and contract negotiations with external counterparties.
• Own key client relationships and ensure long-term retention and success.
