Job summary

EDF power solutions North America is seeking a Portfolio Optimization Manager to advance renewable project opportunities from feasibility to implementation. You will lead pricing coordination across development regions and collaborate with Digital Transformation to leverage data visualization tools.

Responsibilities include due diligence for M&A, governance of costing assumptions, and strategic portfolio prioritization to maximize value while mitigating risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Core experience: 5+ years of progressive project engineering/management in energy development.
• Financial acumen in budgeting, valuations, and due diligence/M&A.
• Certifications such as PMP/PMI or ERP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support development pipeline and pricing process with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with Development, SME support, Implementation, O&M, and Generation.
• Provide validated costing inputs to Valuation & Analytics group in a timely fashion.
• Identify timing of key milestones and transition to Implementation PM before FID.
• Maintain project databases and contribute to due diligence for external opportunities.
• Lead or co-lead cross-departmental teams during full project due diligence.
• Identify red-flag risks and take appropriate action.
