We seek Bachelor's in accounting, 3+ years in real estate accounting; MBA or CPA a plus. Strong GAAP knowledge, cross-functional leadership, and client service focus are essential to drive value and growth across engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance required.
• MBA or CPA license is a plus.
• 3+ years Real Estate accounting experience.
• GAAP knowledge and financial reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Real Estate accounting team and client engagements.
• Deliver monthly financials and close processes for real estate clients.
• Provide guidance on WIP, revenue recognition, and project forecasting.
• Mentor staff and develop client relationships.
• Ensure profitability and quality of deliverables.
