UBC is seeking a REMS Project Manager to plan, organize and lead clinical project teams delivering on time, on budget, and within scope. This remote US role requires oversight from start-up to close-out, budget control, and sponsor liaison skills.

You will manage plan development, reports, meetings, and deliverables while ensuring SOP compliance and regulatory standards are met. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with strong project oversight abilities.
• Deep familiarity with Good Clinical Practice and ICH guidelines.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage budgets.

Mansioni

• Oversee all aspects of project conduct from start-up through close-out.
• Manage project plans, milestones and budgets to meet client expectations.
• Coordinate sponsor communications and ensure audit readiness for trials.
• Lead project meetings, capture minutes, and track action items.
• Provide REMS-specific support including protocol and regulatory documentation.
