Job summary

UBC is seeking a REMS Project Manager to plan, organize and lead project teams delivering clinical and regulatory projects on time and within budget. You will coordinate sponsor communications, manage budgets and milestones, and ensure compliance with SOPs and client requirements.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, prior management experience, and strong communication, leadership and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Previous managerial or relevant experience.
• Excellent written, verbal and non-verbal communication.
• Strong supervisory and interpersonal skills.
• Solid presentation abilities and regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of project conduct from start-up through close-out.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring scope, time, and budget adherence.
• Coordinate with sponsor and internal/external stakeholders to run meetings and reviews.
• Maintain audit-ready project documentation and oversee budget tracking and invoicing.
• Lead cross-functional teams and drive process improvements and risk mitigation.
