Qualifications

• 3+ years in product/platform operations or incident coordination.
• Experience in major incident response.
• Knowledge of incident management, RCA, problem management, and post-mortem methodologies.
• Experience with monitoring, alerting, observability, or operational reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Participate in major incident response activities and act as Incident Commander when assigned.
• Coordinate incident response across multiple teams during service-impacting events.
• Facilitate escalation management, communications, and status reporting.
