Responsibilities

• Ship the remote-native Incident Response features that move TechNova Group's technology roadmap forward
• Build the Cost Optimization tooling that makes every other Lexington engineer faster
• Resurrect flaky Incident Response tests until the Lexington, KY suite is trustworthy again
• Backfill Innovation test coverage on the riskiest corners of TechNova Group's codebase
• Decide when to buy Goal Setting versus build it for TechNova Group's Lexington, KY stack
• Lead the Goal Setting migration that retires TechNova Group's legacy stack
• Monitor system health and set up alerting for production environments
