Job summary

Commongood seeks a senior Release Train Engineer (RTE) to support Enterprise Intelligence and Data Solutions (EIDS) as part of the Workforce 3.0 program. The RTE will lead the ART, drive PI Planning, and coach multiple teams to plan, coordinate, and execute with transparency in Azure DevOps.

The role requires strong Scrum Mastery, SAFe facilitation, and experience delivering complex federal health‑tech platforms. This is a remote, multi-team leadership position within a federal‑facing program.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Mastery or related roles.
2+ years operating as an RTE, Senior Scrum Master, or equivalent multi‑team Agile leader.
Hands-on experience planning and leading PI Planning and ART-level events.

Responsibilities

Lead PI Planning, cadence, and execution for the ART.
Facilitate ART Syncs, Scrum of Scrums, iteration reviews, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt.
Coordinate start, execution, review, and closeout of iterations and PIs.
Maintain ART calendars, rosters, and documentation as the single source of truth.
Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and delivery teams in SAFe/Lean-Agile practices.
Maintain ADO discipline, reporting, and delivery transparency.
Build relationships with Government and contractor stakeholders and manage cross-team dependencies.
