Talantir is seeking a dynamic Release Train Engineer to lead Agile Release Trains in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. You will coordinate PI planning, align objectives across teams, and remove impediments to keep teams moving.

The role emphasizes SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban practices, cross-functional dependency management, and close collaboration with Product Management. This remote position offers hourly pay of $40-$45 and a 40-hour week.

Qualificações

• 4 years as RTE or similar Agile leadership role.
• Deep knowledge of SAFe, Scrum, Kanban.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional dependencies.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate PI planning across ARTs.
• Coordinate activities among Agile teams.
• Remove impediments with stakeholders.
• Track ART performance metrics.
• Promote continuous learning and Agile best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Management on backlogs.
• Support integration of quantum engineering principles.
