You will monitor HIPAA compliance, ROI regulations, and client policies, and partner with leaders to improve processes, resolve issues, and drive operational excellence. Strong knowledge of ROI and regulatory requirements is essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ROI regulations, HIPAA, state disclosure laws, and compliance requirements.
• Strong knowledge of authorization requirements and ROI processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with ROI workflow optimization and compliance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day ROI operations, including workflow coordination and productivity tracking across facilities.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, ROI regulations, and client policies.
• Analyze performance trends, prepare reports, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Serve as a resource to internal stakeholders and client leadership regarding ROI processes and audits.
• May oversee vendor performance to support service delivery and compliance.
