Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a HIM Release of Information Manager in the United States to oversee ROI workflows, ensure HIPAA compliance, and protect patient information. You will coordinate daily ROI operations across facilities, monitor performance, and collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of ROI processes and privacy regulations.
• Experience with ROI operations and health information management.
• RHIA/RHIT certification is advantageous.
• Ability to analyze performance data and identify trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support daily ROI activities across facilities with efficient workflows.
• Ensure disclosures comply with HIPAA and state laws.
• Analyze performance, track indicators, prepare reports.
• Identify workflow improvements and standardize procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendors on ROI processes.
• Investigate issues and coordinate with teams to address risks.
• Monitor vendor performance when applicable.
• Promote accountability, accuracy, and service excellence.
