Job summary

jobgether is seeking a HIM Release of Information Manager based in the United States. The role oversees ROI workflows across healthcare facilities, ensuring secure, accurate, and timely disclosures of protected health information and compliance with HIPAA and state laws.

You will lead operations, monitor performance, partner with internal teams and vendors, drive process improvements, and uphold high standards of service quality in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of ROI processes, authorization requirements and PHI handling.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, state laws, and privacy requirements for disclosures.
• Experience supporting or managing ROI operations and health information management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ROI operations across facilities, ensuring efficient workflows and quality.
• Monitor performance, track indicators, and prepare reports on ROI activity.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and standardize procedures.
