Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Release & Deployment Engineer to manage end-to-end release cycles across Development, QA, and Production environments. You will configure Azure DevOps pipelines, perform code merges, and ensure compliant, auditable deployments in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates bring strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Shell), experience with SVN, Jenkins, and ALM, and a proven ability to automate release processes while coordinating with development and business teams.

Qualifications

• End-to-end release management across multiple environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod).
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting Azure DevOps pipelines (and related tools).
• Ability to perform code merges, resolve deployment conflicts, and coordinate releases.
