Job summary

Christian Career Center is seeking a Relationship Manager to cultivate and steward Mid-Level donors in a fully remote, full-time role. You will conduct high-volume outreach, build trust-based relationships, and share stories of impact to encourage ongoing generosity and partnership with the mission.

You will work independently with strong accountability, document interactions in CRM (Salesforce preferred), and align donor interests with ministry initiatives while maintaining the highest

Qualifications

• Experience as a Mid-Level Donor Officer, Major Gift Officer, or Development Professional (required)
• Proven success cultivating and stewarding donor relationships in nonprofit or ministry
• Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with high-volume outreach or call-based engagement preferred
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours (including evenings and weekends as needed)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience preferred
• Strong alignment with Christian values and faith-based stewardship
• Willing to pray with donors for encouragement and spiritual growth

Responsibilities

• Conduct approximately 175–200 personalized donor outreach calls per week
• Build authentic, trust-based relationships with Mid-Level donors
• Share impactful stories demonstrating reach and influence
• Help donors understand how their support advances the Gospel
• Identify donor interests and align with ministry initiatives
• Accurately document interactions in CRM systems
• Work independently with accountability and initiative
• Write thoughtful, personalized correspondence to supporters
• Analyze donor data to understand engagement and giving patterns
• Handle sensitive donor information with confidentiality
