Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive experience in fundraising, especially with major donors.
• Excellent understanding of Christian Aid Mission's mission and values.
• Demonstrated spiritual maturity and a growing relationship with the Lord.

• Manage a portfolio of 150-300 major gift prospects.
• Schedule visits and maintain regular communication with donors.
