Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through proactive outreach.
• Educate and refer customers to deepen relationships and cross-sell bank services.
• Educate customers on online, mobile, and ATM banking usage.
• Maintain knowledge of all products, services, and policies.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
