Job summary

TrueScripts Management Services, LLC is seeking a Regulatory & Compliance Reporting Manager to oversee regulatory and compliance reporting activities in a fully remote role with occasional travel to Indiana.

You will partner with Compliance, Operations, IT, Finance, and Legal to ensure accurate, timely, and well-governed reporting; identify automation opportunities; and maintain data integrity across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Compliance, Finance, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare, PBM, insurance, compliance, regulatory reporting, analytics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain a comprehensive inventory of regulatory and compliance reporting requirements applicable to TrueScripts.
• Develop and maintain a centralized reporting calendar with deadlines, owners, data, approvals, and submissions.
• Coordinate preparation, validation, review, approval, and submission of reports.
• Ensure reports are accurate, complete, documented, and submitted on time.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve reporting processes and data integrity.
