Job summary

TALENT SHIFT, LLC is seeking an experienced regulatory reporting data professional for a 9–12 month contract. The role can be fully remote or hybrid onsite in Charlotte, NC or Pittsburgh, PA, with responsibilities spanning data pipelines, reporting automation, and FR Y-14 submissions.

You will analyze data, perform reconciliations, and work with SMEs and technology teams to translate requirements into scalable data solutions, improving data quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of regulatory reporting data automation experience.
• Advanced SQL skills to query, transform, and analyze large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance automated data pipelines, reporting processes, and Axiom reporting logic for FR Y-14M and FR Y-14Q submissions.
• Perform data analysis, reconciliations, and variance investigations to ensure accurate, complete regulatory reporting data.
• Partner with regulatory reporting SMEs and technology teams to translate requirements into scalable data solutions and process improvements.
• Support data remediation, lineage documentation, business rules, and control frameworks to strengthen data quality, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance.
