Flourish Research is seeking a Regional Regulatory Manager for a fully remote role in the United States. You will oversee regulatory activities across clinical studies, ensuring compliance with SOPs, GCP, IRB, and sponsor requirements.

The role requires strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration with sites, investigators, and sponsors. The position supports audits, regulatory submissions, and strategic initiatives to improve efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in clinical or biological research.
• College degree preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to ensure regulatory requirements and deadlines are met.
• Lead regulatory audits and inspections.
• Oversee regulatory documents, IRB submissions, amendments, and renewals.
• Collaborate with site leadership, investigators, Sponsors, CROs, and IRB staff.
