Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Accounting Manager to lead preparation and submission of key regulatory filings in accordance with FFIEC and OCC guidance. The role emphasizes accuracy, documentation, and collaboration with IT and Finance Data teams to ensure compliant reporting.

Flexible collaboration with regulators, risk and internal audit is required, along with strong communication and organizational skills to handle multiple reports and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or economics.
• 6 or more years of experience in auditing, regulatory reporting or SEC reporting.
• Public accounting and/or external financial reporting experience is a plus.
• Experience in the financial services sector is preferred.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit regulatory filings in compliance with FFIEC/Regulators.
• Prepare and analyze regulatory reports such as Call Report, FR Y-9C, FR Y-14A/Q, FR Y-6/10/8 and others.
• Create documentation of reported numbers and supporting conclusions.
• Collaborate with IT and Finance Data Resource Group to gather data and perform UAT.
• Interact with regulators regarding various reports and reconcile filings.
• Maintain procedural documentation and review controls.
• Coordinate regulatory issues with Risk Management, Internal Audit and Legal.
• Support special regulatory reporting projects.
