Job summary

Pomelo Care is a leading virtual medical practice delivering care to women and children across pregnancy, postpartum, pediatrics, menopause, and perimenopause. As a remote dietitian, you will conduct video visits, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and guide patients through multi-week programs focused on metabolic and bone health, gut health, and symptom management.

You will maintain thorough documentation, adhere to privacy standards, and help patients achieve sustainable lifestyle

Qualifications

• National certification as an RD or RDN (CDR) with a US state license.
• Minimum of 2 years delivering evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Commit to at least 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and EMR.
• Strong clinical independence and collaboration within a multidisciplinary care team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutrition care for midlife and menopausal patients.
• Collaborate with a multi-specialty care team to ensure a cohesive care plan.
• Support patients through multi-week programs to enable sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health, body composition, bone health, and gut health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold privacy and compliance standards for visits conducted on the Pomelo platform.
