As a Registered Dietitian, you will conduct synchronous video visits, collaborate with medical providers and therapists, and guide patients through multi-week programs focused on metabolic health and overall well-being.

Qualifications

• National RD or RDN licensure in any US state.
• Minimum of 2 years of evidence-based nutrition counseling experience.
• Willing to commit at least 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Experience with telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and EMR systems.
• Strong clinical independence and collaborative communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care.
• Collaborate with a multi-specialty care team to ensure cohesive care plans.
• Partner with patients over a multi-week program to drive sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health and bone health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold clinical, privacy, and compliance standards for Pomelo visits.
