Responsibilities

• Recruit sales agents, particularly among real estate professionals, through presentations at real estate agency offices.
• Conduct measurements for replacement windows at client sites to ensure accurate installations.
• Oversee receipt and management of produced goods in the warehouse, maintaining inventory integrity.
• Manage and coordinate foremen and workmen to ensure project efficiency and quality.
• Foster and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
