Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years' experience in a sales role.
• Excellent written and oral communication, organization, and client service skills.
• Ability to work independently and set priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Actively solicit new business opportunities with existing customers.
• Create and maintain networking relationships to build a pipeline of business.
• Meet and maintain new business contribution goals per the performance plan.
• Understand and differentiate Alerus Retirement and Benefits products from competitors.
• Retain and expand customer relationships using the defined models.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure service standards.
• Represent Alerus Retirement and Benefits at community organizations and industry events.
