Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business field.
• Minimum of two years' experience in a sales role.
• Strong written and oral communication, organization, and client service.
• Ability to maintain professional working relationships with internal and external clients.
• Ability to work independently and set priorities.
• Ability to interpret documents and resolve technical problems.
• Basic knowledge of Word and Excel.
• Available to work overtime to cover peak workloads and other business needs.

• Actively solicit new business opportunities with existing customers.
• Create and maintain networking relationships to build a pipeline.

• Understand benefits of Alerus Retirement and Benefits products and differentiate from competition.

• Maintain periodic client communication to ensure service standards.
• Represent Alerus Retirement and Benefits in community organizations and events.
